Advanced Moxie Panel

$275.00

Offered exclusively through Moxie by Lindsey, this lab panel is your strategic first step toward uncovering what may be holding you back from feeling your best. Think of it as your health roadmap — dig deeper into hormone balance, metabolism, and other key factors. With advanced testing techniques, you’ll finally get the clarity your body’s been asking for.
What markers are included?

Markers Included

  • Hormones: Testosterone free and total (LCMS), Estradiol (LCMS), DHEA Sulfate, Cortisol, Progesterone
  • Metabolism: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (14 markers)
  • Thyroid: TSH, T4 Free, T3 Free, Reverse T3
  • Diabetes Risk: HbA1c, Insulin
  • Nutrition and Anemia: Complete Blood Cell report, Ferritin, Vitamin D
  • Cardiac Health: Lipid Panel, C-Reactive Protein

Hormones

  1. Testosterone (free and total) (LC/MS): Vital for muscle mass, bone density, and sex drive — It makes effort feel good. This testing method utilizes Liquid Chromatography + Mass Spectroscopy (LCMS) to give a far more accurate result than traditional assays.
  2. Estradiol (LC/MS): Important for reproductive and sexual health. It also helps protect and build bone mass. This testing method utilizes Liquid Chromatography + Mass Spectroscopy (LCMS) to give a far more accurate result than traditional assays.
  3. Cortisol: Known as the stress hormone, it helps control blood sugar levels, regulate metabolism, and reduce inflammation.
  4. DHEA Sulfate: Helps produce other hormones, including testosterone and estrogen.
  5. Progesterone: Crucial for menstrual cycle regulation and pregnancy. It can also convert to important progestogenic neurosteroid hormones (allopregnanolone and isoallopregnanolone), which aid with relaxation and sleep via GABA and other receptors.

Metabolism

  1. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP): Measures 14 substances in your blood, providing information about liver and kidney function, blood sugar levels, and electrolyte balance.

Thyroid

  1. TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone): Regulates thyroid function.
  2. T4 Free and T3 Free: Main hormones produced by the thyroid gland, crucial for metabolism.
  3. Reverse T3: Measures the inactive form of T3. Elevated levels can be seen in non-thyroidal illness syndrome (euthyroid sick syndrome) and can help differentiate between different types of thyroid dysfunction.

Diabetes Risk

  1. HbA1c: Estimates average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months.
  2. Insulin: Regulates blood sugar. When checked fasting, gives an idea of insulin resistance.

Nutrition and Anemia

  1. Vitamin D: A steroid hormone that regulates calcium (essential for bone health), aids muscle health, and is even a weak myostatin inhibitor.
  2. Complete Blood Cell (CBC) report: Measures different components of your blood.
  3. Ferritin: Stores iron within the body (iron stockpile)

Cardiac Health

  1. Lipids panel: Provides information about lipoproteins and triglycerides which are commonly known as “cholesterol.”
  2. C-Reactive Protein (CRP): Indicates inflammation, a risk factor for heart disease.
