Nutrition Panel

$199.00

These tests help assess your nutritional status and identify some of the most common deficiencies that could impact your overall health.
What markers are included?
  • Nutrition and Anemia: Folate, Ferritin, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D
  • Cardiac Health: C-Reactive Protein (CRP)

Nutrition and Anemia

  1. Folate: Folate (also called vitamin B9) helps your body make new cells, especially red blood cells and is involved in DNA synthesis. Deficiency may cause anemia or contribute to high homocysteine levels.
  2. Ferritin: Shows how much iron is stored in your body. Low levels may mean you’re low on iron.
  3. Vitamin A: A fat-soluble vitamin essential for vision, immune function, and maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes.
  4. Vitamin B6: Involved in amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and immune function.
  5. Vitamin B12: Vital for red blood cell formation, nerve function, and DNA synthesis. Deficiency can lead to anemia or neurological symptoms.
  6. Vitamin D: A steroid hormone that regulates calcium (essential for bone health), supports immune function, and is even a weak myostatin inhibitor.

Cardiac Health

  1. C-Reactive Protein (CRP): A nonspecific marker of inflammation that can rise with poor diet quality, oxidative stress, or some chronic medical conditions. Useful for assessing how health conditions, nutrition, and lifestyle factors impact overall inflammatory status.
This panel is ideal for those looking to accurately identify common nutritional deficiencies and insufficiencies, or evaluate if current supplementation is adequate for their individual needs.
