No. Sage Bio provides physician-authorized lab requisitions, allowing you to order panels directly without needing to visit your primary care doctor first.
Blood draws are completed at any of the thousands of Labcorp Patient Service Centers nationwide. Although most locations accept walk-ins, we recommend scheduling an appointment here to have your labs drawn.
Yes. The Sage Bio portal allows you to upload existing lab results so you can view all your data in one organized dashboard alongside any new panels you order.
Yes, our platform supports uploading historical lab data from other providers to help you track trends over time.
No. The AI is designed to help you understand your data and formulate better questions for your healthcare provider. It does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment plans.
If you're new to lab testing, the Starter Panel provides an excellent baseline.
Hormone labs often require additional processing and typically take up to 2 weeks to be completed by LabCorp. Once all results are finalized, we receive the full report and upload it to your Sage Bio chart.
If you have a LabCorp patient account, you may receive an email notification directly from LabCorp when your results are finalized. This notification may arrive before the results appear in your Sage Bio visualizer. After LabCorp releases the final report, it can take up to 24 hours for us to import the data and generate your visualizations within Sage Bio. You will receive a separate notification once your results and visualizations are fully available in your chart.
